  1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 350°F.
  2. Select a sturdy oven dish - preferably non-stick.
  3. Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish.
  4. Mix the honey, mustard, water, ginger & crushed garlic (and cayenne pepper if using) together in a measuring jug.
  5. Pour over the chicken breasts, easing them up slightly so the mixture runs underneath them.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
  7. Serve one chicken breast per person with some of the cooking sauce drizzled over the top of the chicken.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley & serve with a medley of steamed vegetables & pasta.
  9. To pan fry, heat up a frying pan and add the chicken breasts - dry fry them briefly to give them a bit of colour and add the cooking sauce, mix well and cook for about 20- 30 minutes over a medium heat

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
  4. Place into oven and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes or light pink only in center
  5. Serve immediately.

  1. n large saucepan, heat half of oil over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Add to pan; cook until browned, about 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Discard remaining flour.

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Toss the parsnips, carrots, cumin seeds and chickpeas with the oil and some seasoning in a large roasting tin. Cook for 30 mins, tossing halfway through cooking.
  2. Add the beetroot to the tin and drizzle over the honey, then return to the oven for 10 mins. Spread the houmous thinly over a large platter, or divide between 4 dinner plates.   1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan

  1. To make the marinade, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lime zest, honey, garlic, cumin, chili powder, seafood seasoning, black pepper, and hot sauce in a bowl until blended. Place the tilapia in a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover, and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.

  5. Assemble tacos by placing fish pieces in the center of tortillas with desired amounts of tomatoes, cilantro, and cabbage; drizzle with dressing. To serve, roll up tortillas around fillings, and garnish with lime wedges.
